Blenders

Gravimetric blenders are available in more than 50 combinations.

Throughputs of up to 2500kg/hr and with up to 10 different ingredients are available. A simple user friendly, hand held control interface, or full industrial PC with touch screen controls are available.

The blenders can be installed directly on the processing machine or placed on a stand with integrated vacuum take-off box next to the processing machine or on a platform above the processing machine. Components are dosed individually using pneumatically operated slide valves or have a combination with one to two electrically operated tube feeders.
We can also offer special units for recycled materials that sometimes bridge in the hoppers.
