DFD Central Dryer


A Central Dry Air Dryer to be used in connection with Drying Hoppers having the following features and options.

  • Twin desiccant Bed Assembly (Molecular Sieve).

  • Closed Regeneration/Drying System with Separate Blowers

  • Siemens S7 PLC Control on all models.

  • Air/Water Heat Exchangers to Cool Return Air and Regeneration Air Stream with a Compressed Air Monitoring System (Optional).

  • A "LESS" Energy Savings System is also available for overdrying protection.

  • L2 profile bus network communication (optional)

  • Monitor dew point (optional built-in dew point sensor)

  • Compressed air monitoring system (optional)
