Labotek provide a full range of drying, conveying, storage and loading equipment for your plastics processing plant.
Hopper Loaders
Hopper
loaders ranging from 4 litres to 200 litres capacity, made from high
quality stainless steel components. Many different pump combinations
to give throughputs up to 4000 kg/hr. Powder versions also available.
Mobile Dryers
LABOTEK
offer a full range of mobile desiccant dryers. Available with either
single desiccant bed or twin, they are designed for use with all of
today's modern engineering thermoplastics. High temperature units
are available for PET and other materials, also available with internet
access for remote monitoring, and wireless connection for plant maintenance.
Central Dryers
LABOTEK
central drying solutions use the latest SIEMENS PLC controls with
special energy saving programs designed by LABOTEK's own software
engineers. Versions with Air flow from 400 - 8500m3/hr are available.
Hopper sizes from 15 litres to 8000 litres are available in or standard
range.
Central Feed Systems
Central
systems are specifically designed to suit the customer's needs. We
can offer simple controls, or design special controls to include customer
parts and material data, with the capability to store setting changes
for parts tracking etc. We also have special control systems designed
specifically for the medical sector. Safe material selection is also
used in many of our systems to prevent operator error.
