Product Overview

The MicroGel series comprises of the RC, RCM, RCD and RCX extrusion models.

The RC is a compact water chiller with single or double zone, featuring a temperature control device that allows an extremely versatile application in different industrial processes because of its large temperature range. The RC is water-condensed. It is controlled by a microprocessor featuring a special regulation and proportional control system that is able to keep a perfectly accurate and constant temperature set point.

The main application fields are plastic injection and blow moulding and all those production processes where temperature controls are required from -5°C up to +90°C.

The MacroGel is a water chiller, specifically designed for single-use PET preforms injection moulding, or for high cooling capacity processes, ranging from 144 to 340kW (40 to 97 tonnes). Increase in productivity.
