Autotherm Equipment

Autotherm temperature controllers suit a broad range of applications. The temperature controller is based on a 3 point microprocessor which is self-optimising, simple to operate and displays both the set values and action values.

Electrical controls are enclosed in an IP54 shockproof switchbox (DIN/VDE 0113) wired in a safe circuit system.

Extra options available include: special voltages and frequencies, external temperature sensor, interface connection, leak-stop units, return-feed equipment, combined heating-cooling units, higher heating and cooling capacities, multi-circuit units, units finished off in all RAL-Colours.

The unit features and capabilities can be configured as required.

Please refer to the manufacturer's leaflet which is listed below for full details of the configuration options.

  • Temperature ranges up to 95°C, 140°C and 160°C.

  • Heating capacity up to 3 kW to 27 kW.

  • Indirect cooling through coppercoil bundle or stainless steel plates heat exchanger

  • Direct added water cooling for higher cooling power depending on type of use.

  • Low noise level

  • high power pumps maintain a minimal temperature difference between forward water and return water.

Temperature Controllers - Oil

Autotherm temperature controller units for systems using oil as the heat carrier medium are available for a wide range of requirements.

The unit features and capabilities can be configured as required.

Please refer to the manufacturer's leaflet which is listed below for full details of the configuration options.

  • Temperature ranges up to 160°C, 200°C and 300°C.

  • Heating capacity ranges from 4,5 kW to 48 kW (Higher temperature capacities available).

  • Heating elements with a minimal surface area.

  • Indirect cooling through stainless steel coil bundle heat exchanger.

  • Centrifugal and coiled casing high power pumps maintain a minimal temperature difference between forward oil and return oil.

  • Compensating tank with heating oil reservoir prevents contact of ambient air oxygen with hot heating oil.
